Area Director
Directs/manages overall daily operations of more than one designated Unit Clubhouse with the primary concern for programs and service delivery, supervision and training of staff, facilities management, community relations, and membership participation. Provides direction to Unit Directors in the areas of volunteers, facility management, personnel issues, budget development, and programs.
Pay – ($30,000 to $55,000+ annually)
Other Pay – (Variable and Performance pay)
Industry – (Youth Development/Management)
Manages Others – (Yes, 5 to 10 employees directly, 20 to 50 indirectly)
Experience - (should be minimum 5 years management, preferably in youth development)

Unit Director
We are currently taking resumes for the position of Unit Director who is responsible for overseeing the delivery of all program areas within the Club. Plans, develops, and manage program implementation. Supervises program staff and performs other related administrative duties. Serves as a liaison between parents, schools, community groups and Club members. Works in partnership with the VP of Operations or Area Director to ensure that a myriad of pro-social and youth development opportunities are available to all Club members. Provides orientation and goal setting for all Club members. This is an exempt position. Hours for school based sites are 25 hours per week during the school year, and 40 hours per week during the summer. These positions are eligible for our performance based compensation plan, where employees can earn an additional 15% on top of their base pay based upon the performance of their Club.

Program Director
We are currently taking resumes for the position of the Program Director who is responsible for overseeing the delivery of all program areas within the Club. Program Instructor
We are currently looking for enthusiastic people who love working with kids for program instructors. These positions are part-time up to 27 hours per week with a starting salary of $9.00 per hour. These positions are eligible for our performance based compensation plan, where employees can earn an additional 15% on top of their base pay based upon the performance of their Club. This is an non-exempt hourly position. Hours for school based sites are up to 20 hours per week during the school year, and 30 hours per week during the summer.

Membership Clerk
We are currently looking for energetic people who are computer literate and can provide superior customer service. These positions are part-time up to 25 hours per week with a starting salary of $10.00/hr. These positions are eligible for our performance based compensation plan, where employees can earn an additional 15% on top of their base pay based on their job performance. This is a non-exempt hourly position. Job responsibilities include charging and collecting program and membership fees, sign-in procedures and maintaining accurate attendance records for Club members, volunteers and visitors.
