Rates for School Care & Camp Programs - Effective School Year 2009-10
NO Registration Fees if sign up for Auto Draft ($25 otherwise)
NO price increase since 2007 for Weekly rates!
For 2009-10 the Full Week Rates include short weeks, long weeks, extended days which will vary by club (based on school district and depend on local school policies on use of facility) Weekly Prices will be fixed (remain the same) through the year, no prorating (partial week charging) due to closed clubs for any week that the club is open at least 3 days – it is all accounted for in the rate.
After School Care
Full Week = $50/$45 for each additional child ($200 monthly)
Half Week (2 days) = $30/$25 for each additional child ($120 monthly)
Daily = $20 (minimum of 4 days purchased) ($80 monthly) Free for ASPYN participants
Before School Care
Full Week = $15 ($60 monthly)
Daily = $4/minimum of 5 days ($20 monthly) Free for ASPYN participants
Early Bird Care (5:00 am drop off)
Full Week = $30 ($120 monthly)
Daily = $7/minimum of 5 days ($35 monthly) Free for ASPYN participants
Inservice Day Package = $25/inservice day ($200 annually, 8 inservice days)
no additional charge for Full and Half Week After School Participants
Vacation Camps:
Spring Break Camp = Weekly rate of $90/$85 for additional children
Summer Camp = Weekly rate of $125 or $90 for 5 weeks or more.
Discount Prices available starting @ $60 per week for qualified customers*

Spring and Summer Camps – Member accounts must be up to date to enroll. A non-refundable deposit is required to complete enrollment. Full payment or agreement to auto draft is required in advance of using services.
PARTICIPANTS ARE REGISTERED FOR A SLOT IN OUR PROGRAM FOR THE FULL MONTH AND WILL BE CHARGE FOR THE SLOT REGARDLESS OF USE.
Payment Policy & Options
Participants will pay based upon the number of days the Club is open. Credit will be issued only if the service was paid for but not provided.
Auto Draft customers - Payments will be made the month of service at your choice of frequency and day of the week (weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, 1st and 15th of the month, etc.). The last week of service must be paid in advance.
Non Auto Draft customers - Payments in full are due prior to the beginning of the month. We accept payments by check, money order, credit card, and cash. Checks and money orders can be mailed to PO Box 423, Columbia SC 29202, or deposited at any First Citizens Bank branch. Cash is only accepted at any First Citizen Bank branch. Credit Card payments can be made on the home page of this website.
Auto Draft NOTE - Auto draft customers payments will remain FIXED throughout the year. Service Fees will be charged to the member’s Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands membership account based on clubs being open and available for use. The account will reflect a credit balance if the payments exceed the charges at any point in time. IF AUTO DRAFT PAYMENTS EXCEED THE CHARGES BY THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR, A REFUND WILL BE GIVEN OR THE CREDIT MAY BE APPLIED TO SUMMER CAMP FEES. Late Pick Up Fees as per Parent Handbook:
All youth must be picked up by 6:30 p.m. A late fee of $5.00 per child for every 15 minutes will be enforced. Your child may not return to the program until all fees are paid.
Financial Aid & Discount Programs:
Financial aid is available for qualifying families. If you qualify, simply bring the required documents to our Service Center and we will adjust your rates.
Military Rates are also available for qualifying families. Please complete the discount price forms to see if you are eligible.
ABC Vouchers accepted.
Participants will be charged full rate until financial aid and discount price forms are completed in full and reviewed by the service center.
